I'm guessing there is a truth behind this video: The average American probably doesn't understand things like "what is a browser?" or "what is the difference between a browser and a search engine?"
Still, finding people in Times Square to give dumb answers to any question is like shooting fish in a barrel. I bet many of these interviewees would struggle with questions as simple as "Where are you now?" and "Why are you talking to me?"
We'll just call this an "inexact study."
P.S. Props to the old dude in the cap who uses the word "predominates" to try and mask his utter confusion of what is going on on planet Earth.
